Samar Khan has over two decades experience in multiple industries that focused on building highly scalable products. He developed the Travel Industry's first online exchange and refund product for the US Airways while at Sabre. He is a thought leader, and advises many companies when it comes to Cloud, DevOps, AI,  Blockchain and Technology transformations.

Samar has worked for many fortune 500 companies like Sabre, Intertek, Thomson Reuters and recently was the Vice-President of Technology driving digital transformation initiatives for American Airlines. Samar has transformed many customers and implemented AWS, IBM and Microsoft's Cloud Models.

Samar is an active member of many Blockchain, Cloud and AI meetup groups in Dallas and mentors a lot of Computer Science students at the local universities in the United States and India.

Before relocating to the US for education in 1999, Samar was a Professional Soccer player in India and captained junior state teams.

Samar earned a BS in Information Systems (Honors Program) from The University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business with focus on Strategy & Entrepreneurship. 

Samar speaks 3 languages and resides in Dallas with his physician wife and two daughters. Having spent many years in the Travel Industry, Samar loves to travel across the globe.
